Project Engineer
This individual will be responsible for the complete engineering design of automatic temperature control and energy management systems. This person will produce control schematics, wiring diagrams, sequences of operation, software design and bill of material lists by applying automatic temperature and energy management products in accordance with project specifications. In addition, this person will review internal project estimates, contract (mechanical and electrical) plans and coordinate design requirements with field installation team members.

This individual should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in:
Commercial sized mechanical (HVAC) and electrical systems, Software design, flow charts and programming, Automatic Temperature Control and energy management systems and processes.  Experience with CAD software and Microsoft Office 2003 software.  BS/AS in a technical capacity.

Sales Engineer
This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process for advanced environmental, life safety, security, power management and facility operation solutions. They will be responsible for targeting, developing and managing long-term customer relationships and coordinating sales activities from proposal to project acceptance. Prepare control schematics, wiring diagrams, and cost estimates by applying automatic temperature and energy management products in accordance with project plans and specifications.

Systems Technician
This individual will be responsible for performing diagnostics and service on automatic temperature control and energy management systems. This person will start up, troubleshoot and verify that the control system, wiring, sequences of operation and software are installed in accordance with project specifications. In addition, this person will review contract (mechanical and electrical) plans and coordinate with field installation team members

This individual should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in: Commercial sized mechanical (HVAC) and electrical systems, software design, flow charts and programming automatic temperature control and energy management systems and processes, CAD software and Microsoft Office 2003 software, excellent communications skills and a 2 year technical degree in electronics or mechanical systems are required.

Project Manager
This individual will be responsible for the financial performance of major and/or multiple construction and retrofit projects.  Develops and trains employees and subcontractors. Responsible for the quality of the installation and customer satisfaction, managing field engineering and specialists per company standards. Represents Delta Controls Chicago and its interests in job-site decisions affecting daily operations.

Service Coordinator
This individual will be responsible for front line interface with customers that need service assistance. Track service contracts commitments, repair service requests and emergency service needs. Coordinate dispatch of technicians on a daily basis to meet the service requests. Manage the material handling to support the service needs of the technician. This person must be a consistently attentive worker, have a sensitivity to customer problems and must promote a positive attitude at all times. Experience in the construction or service industry a plus. Must have good phone skills and basic computer skills.
