Estimates of revenue for participation in the Demand Response Programs contained in this Load Response Analysis will depend upon many factors including customer’s effectiveness in implementing curtailment strategies and the actual revenue may vary from the estimate. The customer is solely responsible for conforming its operations to the curtailment requirements and the rules of the program. There may also be some upfront costs if additional engineering, metering and/or controls are required to conform to the program requirements. These additional costs would be one time fees and would only occur at the beginning of the first year of enrollment. The deadline for enrollment for the 2009/2010 year is May 1, 2009. The payment for enrollment during the year 2012/2013 will be posted in May 2009. Our engineers would be pleased to visit the site and prepare a complete proposal including the actual revenue generated and the cost of any additional engineering, metering and controls required to conform to the requirements of the program .
